Jimmy Brannon graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law where he was admitted to the Kentucky Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court Board.
During a professional experience spanning more than three decades, Jimmy Brannon has successfully tried serious cases in the area of criminal, civil and domestic/family law. Three murder trials, two in Harrison County and one in Bourbon County, each ending in NOT GUILTY verdicts, highlight a career in which Jimmy Brannon has successfully tried numerous criminal cases in District and Circuit Courts from DUI’s to reckless homicide and murder.
Jimmy Brannon has successfully handled scores of child custody cases, juvenile court cases and has successfully tried cases in the Kentucky Court of Appeals and Kentucky Supreme Court.
Jimmy Brannon has successfully handled numerous bankruptcy cases, Chapter 7 and 13 in addition to a large number of social security disability cases.
